The problems encountered by middle managers rarely stem from a shortfall in technical or professional expertise but rather from a shortcoming in the soft skills arena with their personal, social, communication and self-management behaviors. Effective communication and the ability to make strategic, tactical and operational decisions that positively affect both your team and the organization is a vital element of being a great middle manager. Our coaching helps middle managers improve their professional capabilities, including:

  • Taking on a leadership role
  • Handling the challenges of managing and motivating employees
  • Developing and maintaining high performance talent and teams
  • Creating goals and timelines
  • Delegating responsibility and holding people accountable
  • Navigating the political landscape
  • Dealing with conflict
  • Collaborating with peers
  • Managing up and down the organization successfully
  • Time management
  • Branding yourself in and out of the company
