There are a number of reasons why people choose to work with Peggy. For many it’s a desire to be a better leader, others are struggling to reach the next level in their careers or want to transition into new ones, and some just need help strategizing a particular work issue. Whatever your reason, with more than 20 years of corporate experience, Peggy provides sharp insights, practical advice, unadorned (honest) feedback and the push you need to get out of your comfort zone.

Peggy offers two Executive Coaching packages. The Jump-Start is perfect for new clients testing the waters or those looking for a quick tune up, while the Intensive is designed for those individuals who require more in depth, comprehensive coaching. After completion of any package, customized coaching programs are available based on each client’s individual needs. 


 JUMP-START PROGRAM

A typical Jump-start program lasts 1-3 months and includes:

  • Discussion with client to go over priorities, desired outcomes, monitoring, and internal support for reaching goals
  • Pre-coaching self-assessment using the Klaus communication and leadership questionnaire
  • Assessment review and analysis
  • Pre-session feedback with supervisor(s) regarding desired results for the client
  • Pre-session feedback with five colleagues, HR and/or direct reports regarding desired results for the clients
  • Three 3-hour in-person sessions
  • One hour of virtual coaching via phone, Skype or email
  • Synopsis outlining techniques, homework, and behavioral prompts
  • Coaching plan to supervisor with overview of strategies, prompts and goals
  • Mid-session feedback with supervisor
  • Summary of coaching work and assessment of future needs
  • Follow-up call within one month of completion of coaching package

INTENSIVE PROGRAM

A typical Intensive program lasts 3-6 months and includes:

Discussion with client to go over priorities, desired outcomes, monitoring, and internal support for reaching goals (coach & client)

  • Pre-coaching self-assessment using the Klaus communication and leadership questionnaire
  • Assessment analysis
  • Pre-session feedback with supervisor(s) regarding desired results for the client
  • Pre-session feedback with five colleagues, HR and/or direct reports regarding desired results for the clients
  • Study of company’s performance reviews or other assessment tools if applicable
  • Four 4-hour in-person coaching sessions
  • Four hours of virtual coaching via phone, Skype or editing of presentations through email
  • An in-depth synopsis incorporating techniques, behavioral prompts and homework
  • Phone call to discuss synopsis, progress, and challenges
  • A coaching plan to supervisor with overview of strategies, prompts and goals
  • Mid-session feedback with supervisor
  • Final feedback with colleagues, HR, and/or direct reports
  • Summary of coaching work and assessment of future needs
  • Wrap up discussion with supervisor regarding progress and next steps
  • Follow up phone call within two months of completion of coaching
